Nothing like this has been done before in ventilation training. Not a classroom, not a hotel function room — six days living and working inside our production atelier, with the people who make the lace.

Zero to Pro is LimeLightLuxury Hair’s foundational ventilation programme, taught in residence at our Osun atelier and designed to take you from complete beginner to a confident, income-ready ventilator.

This is not casual training. It is a structured, discipline-based system used to build real working skill.

You leave Lagos with us, train for six days inside a working production atelier, and return with a skill you can charge for. The retreat combines the six-day residential intensive with a 14-day guided follow-up phase, ensuring that what you learn is not just understood — but properly implemented.

You will develop:

• Correct hand control
• Clean, consistent knotting technique
• Professional workflow and production discipline

By the end, you will be able to produce neat, structured, client-ready lace work.

THE RETREAT

You are collected in Lagos and travel with the group to Osun, where you stay for the full six days. Training runs inside our own atelier — the room our lace is actually ventilated in — on the same bench, the same tools and the same standard our production runs to.

You are hosted at our own property for the duration — everything outside the training is handled, so that nothing competes with the work.

YOUR ROOM AND BOARD

Everyone gets their own private room as standard. If you would rather share with someone, that is available on request.

Breakfast can be brought to your room, or taken with everyone else in the canteen — whichever suits you that morning. All meals across the six days are covered.

BRINGING A CHILD

Children under five are welcome to come with you. Childcare is ₦85,000 per child for the six days, and covers:

• A child’s bed or cot in your room, with bedding
• Daytime care by our nanny in our nursery while you are training
• Children’s meals, if your child is on solids
• Snacks, water and juice throughout the day
• Tissue

Please bring your own nappies, wipes and milk or formula — we do not provide those. Tell us at booking so the room and the nursery are ready for you.

TRAINING STRUCTURE

FEE

The full fee is ₦3,500,000. An early rate of ₦1,200,000 is held until 31st March 2027.

SECURING YOUR PLACE

A deposit of ₦300,000 holds your place. The balance is due four weeks before your cohort begins.

Fifteen places per cohort. It is taught in small numbers by design.
