Hollywood HD Lace is approximately three times thinner than Classic HD Lace. Classic HD already delivers a fine, skin-toned finish suitable for professional wig making. Hollywood HD goes further — it is ultra-lightweight, virtually weightless, and designed to melt seamlessly into the skin with minimal visibility even under high-definition lighting and close inspection.

Classic HD is the professional standard for everyday production. Hollywood HD is reserved for bridal, editorial, film, television and theatre environments where an absolutely undetectable hairline is non-negotiable. Both lace types are available as precut sizes and by roll through our Tools/HD Lace section.

These are two distinct lace constructions and are not interchangeable. Full Lace means the entire cap is constructed from lace — every part of the wig base is lace, allowing for versatile parting in any direction and a completely natural scalp illusion across the full head.

360 Lace refers to a construction where lace runs around the full perimeter of the cap — the hairline, nape and sides — while the top of the cap uses a different base material. 360 is ideal for ponytails and updos where the perimeter needs to look natural, but it is not the same as full lace coverage. Both are available through our ventilation services.

Yes. We offer a lace sample card through our Sample Store so you can physically evaluate our lace quality before placing a production order. This is the recommended first step for new clients who want to assess our standards before committing.

We supply SDD Premium Virgin Hair — a proprietary blend developed in partnership with our Vietnamese supplier, designed specifically for ventilation and wig production.

It is available in multiple textures including Natural Straight, Kinky Straight, Wavy and Curly, in both Bulk Hair and Weft Hair formats, from 10 inches upwards. Colour options include Natural Black, Deep Brown 4, Bright Blonde 613, Dark Ombre 460 and Light Ombre 860. All hair is 100% Vietnamese virgin hair, sold in 100g bundles and priced by length and colour.

Yes. We accept client-supplied hair for ventilation services. However, your hair must meet our requirements before it enters our production queue.

• It must be new — we do not accept hair stripped from existing wigs, previously worn hair, or hair in poor condition.
• It must arrive clean and production-ready in new bundles or bulk form.
• Before sending, you must weigh your hair and send us a photograph of it on the scales so we can confirm the quantity is sufficient for your lace size and specification.

Hair that does not meet our standards will not be accepted. If you are unsure whether your hair qualifies, contact us before sending anything.

No. We do not strip wigs, process previously worn hair or work with hair removed from existing units under any circumstances. All hair entering our production — whether purchased from us or supplied by the client — must be new, clean and production-ready.

Ventilation is the craft of hand-knotting individual hair strands into a lace base using a ventilation needle. Each knot anchors the hair into the lace, creating the illusion of hair growing directly from the scalp.

Our production is based in Osun State, Nigeria. Our ventilation workshop is deliberately secluded — set away from the noise of the city, in a space designed entirely around the craft.

It is where our team ventilates, refines technique and works on production that most of the industry has not seen yet. Not a factory. Not a showroom. A working atelier, hidden on purpose. This is where the standard is set.

Our Osun workshop is a working production environment and is not open for general visits. If you are attending one of our physical training classes, you will experience our production environment as part of the programme. All other client interaction is handled through our website and by email.

Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Our Sample Store offers Ventilated Hollywood HD Lace and Ventilated Classic HD Lace samples, both available as 18 inch pieces in 13x5 or 6x6.

Samples are ventilated in our signature density using our SDD Natural Straight hair and allow you to properly evaluate our lace quality, melt, hairline finish and ventilation craftsmanship before commissioning full production.

Clients who proceed with a main production order within 30 days of their sample receive preferred client consideration and priority production access.

The 18 inch sample is a fixed specification designed for professional evaluation. The length, density and hair type are held constant so you can assess our lace and ventilation standards without variation — giving you a like-for-like benchmark before specifying your full production order.

We currently offer two physical training programmes: the Full Lace MasterClass and Zero to Pro. Both are priced at N525,000 and include a kit. Places are strictly limited to serious students only.

The Full Lace MasterClass is a two-day intensive for ventilators and wigmakers who want to learn how to construct custom full lace wigs from scratch for real clients.

You will cover head moulding and measurement, creating accurate head blocks for client-specific sizing, HD lace cap construction and foundation making, patterns, hair preparation and structure, density mapping and management, and professional finishing.

Suitable for beginners ready to go pro and established professionals who want to master luxury full lace systems. A kit is included. Dates: Lagos 28th–29th May 2026, Abuja 4th–5th June 2026.

Zero to Pro is LimeLightLuxury Hair's foundational ventilation programme — a 6-day in-person practical intensive followed by a 14-day guided online follow-up.

It is designed to take complete beginners to confident, income-ready ventilators. You will build correct knotting technique, lace handling, density placement, sectioning and production workflow.

The 14-day follow-up phase provides continued guidance, technique correction and structured practice as you transition from learning into earning. A kit is included. Dates: Lagos 7th–12th September 2026, Abuja 21st–26th September 2026.
