Each unit is constructed by experienced wigmakers using structured sewing methods, correct density distribution, and a clean finishing process to ensure longevity and a polished final result.
You may either purchase hair directly from us or send in your own hair, provided all submission rules are followed.
HOW THIS SERVICE WORKS

Choose whether you are purchasing hair from us or sending your own hair.
After payment, you will receive submission instructions and delivery details.
Once all required materials arrive and pass quality check, construction begins.
Production timelines begin only after all correct materials have been received.
OPTION 1 — USING OUR HAIR
Clients purchasing our hair will receive professionally matched premium virgin hair suitable for wig construction.
Benefits:
• Correct bundle quantity advised for full density
• Texture consistency
• Reduced risk of shortages during construction
• Predictable final result
If purchasing our hair, ensure your order includes:
• Wig construction service
• Desired lengths
• Lace/closure/frontal selection (if applicable)
Any surplus hair from longer lengths will be used to balance density within the unit.
OPTION 2 — SENDING YOUR OWN HAIR
Clients may send their own hair for wig construction. Strict rules apply.
Hair must:
• Be clean and properly bundled
• Be virgin or raw hair only
• Be free from glue, thread, or heavy product
• Match in texture throughout
• Be sufficient in bundles for requested style
We do not mix different hair types or correct poor-quality hair.
If insufficient hair is sent:
• Construction will be paused
• Additional hair must be supplied or purchased from us
• Delays caused by shortages are the client’s responsibility
We are not responsible for shedding, tangling, or poor results caused by low-quality hair supplied by clients.
LACE & MATERIAL RULES
• Clients sending hair must also send their frontal or closure if not purchasing from us
• Lace must be new and unused
• We do not work with damaged or previously installed lace
• If lace is unsuitable, replacement must be purchased before production continues
IMPORTANT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
• All items must be labelled with order name
• Send only required items — no mixed loose bundles
• Orders enter production only when complete
• Incomplete submissions will not be processed
• All sales are final once construction has begun
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround varies depending on wig style and workload.
Estimated timelines begin only after all required materials have arrived and passed quality check.
Delays may occur if:
• Insufficient hair is sent
• Lace quality is unsuitable
• Order details are unclear
