Our professional ventilation service is designed for wigmakers, hair brands, and trade clients who require clean, consistent, luxury-standard lace work without production delays.
Each unit is ventilated by trained professionals using controlled density, correct knotting technique, and structured hairline placement to ensure durability and a refined finished result.
You may either purchase hair directly from us or send in your own hair, provided. All orders must follow the submission rules outlined below.
HOW THIS SERVICE WORKS
Select your required lace size and density option.
Choose whether you are purchasing hair from us or sending your own hair.
After payment, you will receive submission instructions and the correct delivery address.
Once all required items arrive and pass quality check, ventilation begins.
Production timelines begin only after all correct materials have been received.
OPTION 1 — USING OUR HAIR
Clients purchasing our hair will receive professionally matched premium SDD virgin hair suitable for ventilation.
Benefits:

• Reduced risk of shortages during production
• Consistent density and finish
If purchasing our hair, ensure your order includes:
• Selected lace size
• Desired length
• Hair purchase (if required for ventilation)
Any surplus hair from longer lengths will remain within the unit for density balance.
OPTION 2 — SENDING YOUR OWN HAIR
Clients may send their own hair for ventilation. However, strict rules apply.
Hair must:
• Be clean and properly bundled
• Be true virgin or raw hair only
• Be free from product, glue, or heavy processing
• Match in texture throughout
• Be sufficient in grams for requested density
We do not mix different hair types or correct poor-quality hair.
If insufficient hair is sent:
• Work will be paused
• Additional hair must be supplied or purchased from us
• Delays caused by shortages are the client’s responsibility
We are not responsible for shedding, breakage, or poor results caused by low-quality hair supplied by clients.
IMPORTANT SUBMISSION RULES
• Lace is provided by us only — clients do not send lace
• All hair must be labelled with order name and lace size
• Send only the required hair — no loose mixed bundles
• Orders are processed in queue once complete
• Incomplete submissions will not enter production
• All sales are final once ventilation has begun
TURNAROUND TIME
Production time varies depending on lace size and density selected.
Estimated timelines begin after all correct materials have arrived and passed quality check.
Delays may occur if:
• Hair sent is insufficient
• Hair quality is unsuitable
• Order details are unclear
